If you have SGS or other QC agent in China to inspect quality of products for you before delivery, we are pleased to coordinate them to carry out this work.

 

Customers’ legitimate rights and interests are the first. After completion of execution of your order, you may rest assured that we are still responsible for the quality of the products delivered to you, should reasonable quality complaint, we guarantee a replacement within 3 months of those unsatisfied products, and we will take steps to prevent a repeat. If quality problems of the products delivered are caused other than Nanning Boyin Industry & Trading Co., Ltd., then such quality problems and liabilities are not on our part.

 

In order to ensure a prompt delivery, we make good dynamic scheduling for all orders. For FOB price term, we will contact your shipping agent in advance at least 3 working days. Usually, we use trucks to transport goods to port for loading, if an order is with special export cartons (e.g. large display carton) and needs to be handled with special care when loading, we will directly get container(s) from port to our factory for direct loading so as to avoid any damages. For CIF price term, we will cover insurance in time for our customer. Finally, we will prepare full set of documents in time.

You may provide us your samples, drawings or even ideas to us, but those samples and drawings provided can not be claimed by any third parties. If you want to print your logo on products, we can also serve you that well.
